We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a mission to support individuals affected by gambling problems, their families, and mental health professionals seeking effective recovery resources. Through expert discussions, real-life stories and actionable guidance, we provide a compassionate space for healing and transformation. In partnership with Kindbridge Behavioral Health and leading mental health experts, we are dedicated to making professional help accessible to all – at no cost. She holds a strong background in higher education and has a passion for helping people break free from challenges to live the lives they envision.

Coach Kurinn Wright is an experienced life coach, executive coach, and certified recovery coach with over 15 years of expertise in personal and professional development. She holds a strong background in higher education and has a passion for helping people break free from challenges to live the lives they envision. Kurinn’s coaching journey spans over 10 years as an executive coach and 5 years as a mental health coach, specializing in action planning, behavioral health, and leadership.
As one of the two hosts of Breaking Up with Addiction, Kurinn brings a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate, results-driven approach to the podcast. Her coaching style is centered on empowerment, clear action steps, and accountability, guiding listeners through practical solutions to overcome addiction and transform their lives. Kurinn’s expertise in behavioral health and her ability to help clients bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be sets her apart as a trusted coach.
Through her work on Breaking Up with Addiction, Kurinn is committed to offering education and coaching that help people make lasting changes, break destructive cycles, and create the future they’ve always dreamed of. Her goal is to empower individuals to take action, heal, and step into their full potential.
Coach Kurinn Wright is also a dedicated leader in the personal and professional development space. She sits on the board of two non-profit organizations and is partnered with a Leadership Program, where she leverages her expertise to help individuals build leadership skills and reach their full potential. Through her work with Momentum Leaders, Kurinn plays an active role in empowering people to grow both personally and professionally, fostering an environment of support, education, and actionable growth. Her passion for leadership development drives her commitment to helping others realize and achieve their dreams.

Gwendolyn Boyd-McGhee is a passionate professional with a robust background in business and mental health. Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA), she has developed a keen understanding of organizational dynamics and strategic management.

Gwendolyn Boyd-McGhee ( M.Ed, LPC, MBA )
Gwendolyn Boyd-McGhee is a passionate professional with a robust background in business and mental health. Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA), she has developed a keen understanding of organizational dynamics and strategic management. Her career began in the corporate world, where she honed her skills in leadership, financial analysis, and operational efficiency. She has worked as an entrepreneur, as well as starting a private corporation from the ground floor.
Transitioning into the mental health field, by obtaining a Master’s degree in Education from a CACREP accredited institution, Gwendolyn now serves as a Licensed Clinical Counselor, licensed in the states of Texas, Maryland, and California. She applies her business acumen to foster supportive environments for clients. She takes a client-centered approach to therapy since no two clients are the same. She believes that collaboration and truly listening to the client can lead to significant change. With a passion for helping individuals navigate their challenges, she utilizes evidence-based therapeutic approaches to promote emotional well-being and personal growth.
As one of the hosts on the Breaking Up with Addiction podcast, Gwendolyn brings clinical knowledge of mental health and diagnoses, experience with treating addiction, and a desire to empower individuals to take back their control by breaking the shackles that have controlled them. She is enthusiastic about helping people achieve a higher quality of life.
Gwendolyn is hopeful to bring an approach that can help guide listeners through life’s challenges, while providing a safe and empathetic space for healing and personal growth. Her goal is to help listeners develop coping skills and strategies to help manage their symptoms more effectively while challenging their thoughts and problematic emotions, which can lead to a more positive outlook. Combining expertise in business with a deep commitment to mental health, Gwendolyn is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others while also enhancing organizational wellness.

Through her coaching work, she has helped countless clients break through mental barriers, redefine success, and create sustainable paths forward.
Her passion for personal development, mental wellness, and advocacy aligns deeply with the mission of Breaking Up with Addiction. She understands the power of community, mindset shifts, and actionable strategies in overcoming life’s toughest challenges.
